Now, on with our recipe. I made this biryani yesterday, it was really good and easy to prepare. I loved this to its tiny bits.
INGREDIENTS:
*Prawns
*Chilly powder
*Turmeric powder
*Corriander powder
*Garam masala powder
*Ginger garlic paste
*Onion
*Tomato
*Green chillies
*Corriander leaves
*Curd
*Salt
PREPARATION:
*First take the prawns in a bowl for marination along with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste.
*Heat oil and ghee in the pressure cooker and cook the marinated prawns for about three minutes.
* Remove the prawns from the oil and in the same oil add onion , green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute well .
*Next add the tomato and saute till its juicy. Then add the spice powders to it and saute well . Now add the semi cooked prawns to this and saute well.
*Now add the soaked basmati rice to this and give a good mix. Add corriander leaves and water .Now pressure cook for 2whistles.
*Once the steam goes off garnish the yummy biryani with corriander and mint leaves.
Our yummy spicy prawn biryani is ready to be served.. It was really good that i ate lot more than i used to.š Do try it..
