Atlast i was able to complete this book, it took almost two months for me to do it. When i was searching for a book to read all bookstagram accounts suggested this one. Its quite a lengthy novel. This story holds three major context which can be really inspiring . The first context is about two boys who learn about their sexuality, the moment the boys knew they where different and not straight was written in a appealing way. The struggle the young generations go through being not straight and how the fear of family and society accepting them which overcomes their emotions are portrayed in a way that even makes us realise the pain they undergo.

The second context is that the boys where from two powerful political families of different countries. The boys are supposed to set an example for their respective countries, the thought of how the people will react to the truth and how it will influence their political carriers terrified them. The struggles they had to undergo to keep their relationship and love a secret was explained in tender.

The third context was about discrimination between the blacks and the whites, how black people of america struggle to cope up in life and struggles they had to face to reach power was alluring.

This novel is quite a lengthy one, i felt a slight drag in places where the boys converse through emails. The emails where plenty and long. Except that it was a wondeful journey throughout the novel.
