BRINJAL PEPPER MASALA

Its been a few days since i posted last. My daughter and me are tightly engaged with eachother. There are days when we are lazy and also days when we are super active, today is a lazy day. So for lunch i made variety rice , when i was thinking about sidedish there was  surplus brinjal in home hence the output was brinjal pepper masala. This one was really delicious and spicy.

INGREDIENTS:

*Brinjal-2

*Onion-1

*Tomato-1

*Mustard

*Urad dhal

*Ginger garlic paste

*Green chillies

*Turmeric powder

*Chilli powder

*Corriander powder

*Salt

*Pepper.

PREPARATION:

*Take a pan with oil and crack some mustard and urad dhal.

*Add onions and green chillies to it and then add ginger garlic paste. Toss it a little.

* Add tomatoes to the mixture and give it a good mix. Now add salt ,turmeric powder, chilly and corriander powder to it. Give this a good mix.

* Add water and cook till the raw smell leaves and add the cubed brinjal to it. Cover and cook.

*Once cooked stir till its dry and pepper powder at last and mix well.

Simple and easy pepper masala is ready. This one is really easy , do try it.
