This is my second book i read through my kindle, and obviously it turned out to be a pleasure reading it. This novel is a romantic comedy which revolves around two main characters Ryan Stark who is a buisnessman and Poppy Daisy Peterson who is desperate to become an actor . Poppy was so broke and she needed a job to protect herself ,so she had faked her CV and gave herself a new name Doris Granger. Our Ryan Stark is an upright person who never mixes work and pleasure. The first time when he saw Doris in his interview he knew she was faking her CV and she was totally under qualified for the job but somehow he hired her. As days grew he knew she was toxic for him but he couldnt drift away from her.The rest of the story travels with their humorous toxic relationship.

When we read a book with every lines passing by, the events should portray itself as scenes in a flash through our minds , if it doesnt do that magic then the book is a total failure. But in this book the author exactly did justice, that with every chapter i read the entire scene played in my mind automatically. This novel had so many funny textures that i laughed so geniunely in every chapter. There was obviously surpless romance. Poppy was like a prefect scoop of Butter and Ryan was like a prefectly brewed bread that complemented eachother so well that we could feel the heat and chemistry between them in every scene. This book was released in 2k19 and it was really good. People who love to read romantic novels can go for this one, it is a total entertainer.
