RICE -RAGI PORRIDGE

It was simple and yet healthy dish to make.This was a new try for me and it came out good. It didnt take much time to prepare. Raising a kid is like taking up an 24/7 job with no rest , my daughter herself makes sure that iam engaged. This dish can be prepared in minutes which is why i gave it a try and the result was good and healhy.

INGREDIENTS:

*RAGI powder-1/4 cup

*Cooked rice

*Salt

*Curd

PREPARATION:

*Take ragi powder in a bowl , mix it with water till it is completely watery.

*Boil some water, once the water reaches the boiled state add the cooked rice to it and cook for 2 mins.

*After that add the ragi mix to the water and give it a good stir. Cook till the consistency comes.

*Once done take it off in a bowl and add salt then curd . Give it a good mix.

Thus our healthy porridge is ready.
